Happy 4th Birthday Jake!
This is Lily watching Jake play with his new Wall-E from his grandpa.
"Yes, interesting point Sadie. Bows in the hair is the perfect accessory."

Lily's 2nd Birthday Party!
Anyway, back to the party...so many people came and we are grateful for so many friends and family! I know those that missed it were bummed but we will manage to see most people this summer anyway. Lily got a cool new pink couch and ottoman for the living room. You can barely see it underneath all those kids. Everyone seemed to really like it. Great gift Mommy and Daddy!
*(Not said like show bus-mom, more like an attention craving for her daughter mom. Is there a difference?)
A basketball hoop from Zachy....
Spinnin on her new table from Stacy B and Adam.....
Out to lunch with just Mommy and Daddy...
And Unicorn (Thanks Cara)....

Happy 2nd Birthday Lily!
Translation of Lily: "happy birthday, happy birthDAY, oh thank you, (UNKNOWN) oh sorry mommy."
I cannot believe that we have had Lily for 2 years. It really does go by fast, sad to say. She is awesome!

Lily chills with the Edelsteins for a nice Saturday lunch.
For the first part of their date, Jake looked lovingly at Lily while they watched some tv (well actually the computer)....

Then some lunch al fresco on their new deck. "Show us your chocolate chip cookies!" Sadie was the only one that got that command. (Note: I am sure they are finding pieces of Lily's cookies all over. Yikes.)

Sadie and Jake waiting for Lily to get up the stairs. Eventually she did and then they all screamed and jumped up and down. It was actually pretty hilarious.

Then Jake put his moves on again by letting Lily win "Ready, Set, Go!"

We are about to leave so Jake makes his move!

All joking aside, it is funny how the two of them play and Sadie and Lily are extremely polite but almost weary of each other. The Maine trip this summer where we all are renting a house will solidify their friendship! I cannot wait to see all the kids play, very fun!
